Located in a peaceful hamlet in the Périgord Noir, the 3-star Terre de Pierres – Aventurine gîte (110 m²) offers all the comfort you need to accommodate up to 10 people in an authentic and friendly atmosphere. The ground floor features a spacious, bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave), a family dining area, a living room with TV, two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190, one with two single beds 90x190), a bathroom (shower, hairdryer, washing machine), and separate toilets. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms each have a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190), as well as a second bathroom with shower and separate toilets. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. Guests have access to a shared heated pool (open from May to the end of September, heated by a heat pump), as well as a large garden with a swing and volleyball court. Ideally located 12 km from Sarlat, Montignac-Lascaux, and Les Eyzies, the gîte is the perfect starting point to discover the treasures of the Périgord: castles, caves, picturesque villages, and gourmet markets. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as a leisure pond 4 km away (supervised swimming and fishing). Small dogs are accepted on request. Bed linen and towel rental is available as an option for an extra fee.
